The Nashville Predators earned two critical points in the wildcard hunt with a shootout win over Elias Pettersson and the Vancouver Canucks last night, but the heroes of that game weren't the veterans. Jusso Pärssinen, Phil Tomasino, Cody Glass, Tommy Novak, and Cole Smith should get much of the credit for the roller coaster win. Preds center Ryan Johansen left the game after being injured by Quinn Hughes' skate blade. We'll tell you what we know about his injury and discuss how RyJo's absence could affect more than just the next few games.
