For the first time ever, a Colorado Avalanche player scored four goals in a game. And the sole man at the top of that hill is Nathan MacKinnon.

In one night, Nathan MacKinnon got his 300th career goal, extended his point streak to 17 games and scored five points in a game, four of them goals.

The Avs needed every bit of those five points as they found themselves trailing after three periods. But this was the MacKinnon that takes a team on his back and says "let's go boys".
