How to be confident and stop giving a f*ck.

In this episode I'm going to talk about laying down the foundation for your confidence and self esteem with self love, and building on that by spiritually aligning to what it is your spirit wants you to do, and not letting anyone tell you how to live.

I've been working on a new YouTube channel. It's taking up a lot of my time and energy. Tons of learning to do. I sort of lost my alignment this week and had a hard time doing my Naturalized recordings. Mainly the street interviews. But I was able to get my focus back today and I'm super grateful.

I started doing street interviews as a spinoff of this podcast. Then I was quickly reminded the reason why I started this podcast, and I needed to realign to it to make this better and have a north star to follow going forward. Also the haters are coming.

I'm in my "take a step back to take 2 steps forward" era right now but I recently came across some old videos I've made like 5 years ago and I was impressed by them. I realize I had forgot some powerful concepts that had taken me far in my self development in the past. I needed the reminder.

Alright I'm on another challenge here to produce tons of content on a daily basis and live to the fullest every single day. Going to be on this for 90 days to begins with, and I should have a system figured out by then. Here I am just past 2 weeks in.

I have been on a little vacation after wrapping up my last gig as a camera assistant. That TV show isn't renewing this year so I'm pretty well unemployed. So I'll have plenty of time to be yapping with y'all here.

I'm happy about that.

Now I'm back to real life after returning from Japan, and ready to start this new unemployment adventure. Let's start with this encounter with a beautiful girl in a cafe.

I became self-aware lately of some attachments that are so automated and programmed into who I think I am that are so wrapped up around my identity that could be let go. Even this podcast. I have the urge to do it, but why? lol I could go on forever. I really don't need to. I could just be private and go make money and start a family and find peaceful bliss somewhere. I could do that. But here I am.
