In this podcast, I aim to challenge the notion of Executive Management Dysfunction and flip it on its head. It's crucial for you to understand that it is not you who is broken, but rather the system that is broken.

The current system in place was designed to stifle creativity, which poses a challenge for Gifted Neurodivergents who resist conforming to it. This is why we face difficulties within the system. Instead of merely regurgitating information, you are wired to create something new. The system is lagging behind the demands of our rapidly approaching future, while you are ahead of the curve. Thus, you should not be the one forced to change.

Your creativity holds immense value in today's world. At a time when creativity is more crucial than ever, your unique perspective and creative abilities are essential in driving innovation and progress. By embracing and staying true to your creative nature, you can achieve success and inspire others to recognize and appreciate the significance of all neurodivergent individuals in our swiftly evolving world.
