Many people I meet are incredibly hard on themselves. They say, "I really should be much further along." or "If I was more disciplined, I'd be at a higher level. I'm too far behind." I always share a quote that I find golden: "Start where you are, not where you think you should be." We "are where we are". So if we worry about where we think we should be that doesn't help us at all. Just start where you are and move forward. Baby steps. By taking steps in the right direction, you will get moving and make progress.
