In this episode, the nerds interview the amazing Aja Nikiya -international philanthropist extraordinaire (and comedy sketch partner of the nerds). 

First, Aja tells us about her experience working with a small team of women to save 1800 animals from the aftermath of Hurricane Maria and her resulting documentary, Linchpins of Dead Dog Island.  Then she’s shares what it was like when Trump threw paper towels at hurricane survivors. Last, Aja talks about her orphanage in Malawi, what it's like to have Malaria, what’s happening the Amazon and why we should boycott Brazil until the Amazon becomes a priority to the practices there.

Santana tells Yvette about her new morning ritual, which reminds Yvette of traveling in Puerto Rico and TED Talk where Harvard researcher, Shawn Achor, outlines how to cultivate happiness and why you should do it. Then the two discuss meditation, choices, narratives, positive visualization, non-attachment and how to choose happy.
