Nesting is a phenomenon that some women will experience before the arrival of a new baby! They will clean, organize, prepare, and plan for the upcoming arrival of their new bundle of joy! It is also a way to cope with some stress and gain some control in our world that may be shifting. Although I am not pregnant, I have been nesting with the expected arrival of our son from his mission. Join this week's podcast as we go deeper into the nesting phenomonon and discuss reasons that you may be doing it in your day to day! Because we love our people, and we want to provide a place, a space, and a warm embrace for them!
