March 2025 sees us reviewing the current Street Machine Magazine in the warm and friendly company of Moses' dear friend Helena aka Miss Apollena who also happens to hold the GnashR pilotship record second only to the bearded one. The March mag was a corker and there's much to love in our look through. enjoy
Hot Rod chats with Hayden Prender(gast) as we delve into a review of Issue #282 Feb 2025 CRUIZIN magazine. For an 11th hour call and with Skenny busy road-tripping moses was just happy to see himself back in the good hands of Sound Guy Scotty and this accommodating guest was a true pleasure to host. It's a short and sweet release and sync moments abound...
In an episode we're titling Sunset Strip (that's bingo speak for 77) we are joined by another legend from The Land of MOOT in Chris 'Tamey' Tame and this one has been a long time coming. Following our intro catch ups Tamey takes us through a Plankkman Racing retrospective synpopsis before we delve deeply into our Six Pile Street Machine Magazine review of the February 2025 release. It's chockers and we were overwhelmed by the dirvesity on display among our selections. This one is a top listen, enjoy
With Street Machine of the Year Champion Heath van der Waerdon back to join us in reviewing January 2025 Street Machine Magazine we're feeling well-honoured to be able to bring this cracking release. Our very own fan favourite Tracy Fisher aka Evlyn Wilson also joins us fresh from Summernats 37 where the co-pilot himself Skenny also makes his pilgrimage each year. That festival banter just flows.
With this being our 100th release at Team Neverl8, it seemed a great opportunity for us to delve into Street Machine Yearbook to round out the year. While the beard was trying to find his way around a new learn, in home-based networking and recording stuff fashion, local custom campaigner Peter Lyndsay joined in the fun at Castle De Moses 3.08 to chat around his gloriously-yellow, chopped, striped and small-blocked EK Ute while we deep dive into Pete's car life in episode 75.
Also included as a bonus are some speeches we recorded at the recent Rod Hadfield Hot Rod Picnic as a legacy was honoured. There is also a fully-heartwarming Neverl8 Eight Plus Two recorded at the event around Darren Farr and a family legacy HQ running hard and like others we know running that barbeque fuel. Merry Christmas, Moses and Skenny
In episode 74 we are documenting legacies. Tune in as the lads are joined by two gurus of the Australian drag racing scene in Jack 'Fizzball' Collins and Jim 'Wildman' Walton as well as Jack's hot rod loving son Mark for some in depth chatter around the Aussie drag scene before moving along to our review of December 2024 Street Machine Magazine. These guys are truly inspiring gentlemen and it was a complete honour to be able to host this one and bring it your way, cheers
Continuing on with the recent father and son theme, in episode 72 the boys are joined by Scott and Thomas Campbell. Top lad Tom has been pressing for a while to see himself included in the podcast and right here and now his and his dad's appearance make perfect sense. Tune in to see Moses make an epic blue in General Business when he spruiks the HK HT HG Nationals 12 months ahead of time before breaking down the extensive car life of Holden Humpy stalwart Scott Campbell. From there it's straight into our review of November 2024 Street Magazine, which we found to be an epic release, before dropping a little bonus regarding Moses' favourite social collective in Lake Cruisers Ballarat. It's a jam packed two hour drop we're pretty excited to post.
This episode sees Moses return to NQ for the Cairns Show Auto Spectacular. Although random in parts, esecially around snippets of action from Saturday night's fundraising auction and the occasional dyno pull, this release aims to bring full insight to the recent Roaming Moses event attendance senario. While the audio quality may suffer slightly in parts from a lack of technological finery, the quality of the people and their hospitality displayed in this release is once more of the hook.
In this episode Moses Mcready takes a deep dive into the modified car scene in Cairns, North Queensland. The hospitality iin these parts is certainly next level and so good in fact that the beard will be returning from 11-14 October in effort to bring all the highlights of the Cairns Show Auto Spectacular. It will all come into focus in this episode where as usual we are celebrating great people as much as great cars. It took Moses 32 years to get back on a plane and this upcoming high end show will see him flying north twice in three weeks. Enjoy the drop
