Illinois Tollway’s Chief Engineering Officer Manar Nashif joins WGN’s Lisa Dent to discuss the new Chicagoland tollway that will connect the Jane Addams to the Tri-State Tollway. Manar outlines the construction plan and how it affects access to Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. The first phase, I-390, is complete and the building of I-490 is targeted to be finished in 2027.
