  • 104 | The Reason Decluttering In Postpartum Reduces Anxiety
Show Notes for Episode 104: The Reason Decluttering and Postpartum Go together So well.

Hello Mama! So happy you could join us today! Today we are talking about decluttering. You will be amazed at the amount of stuff you can collect in postpartum. And to be honest, you are a major target for marketing at this time. You will be given so much from friends. So much from your feed will be fear based getting you to buy the next thing. Only for you to find that it never gets used and is just taking away space.

So in this episode, I encourage you to get rid of excess and return back to only what your basic needs are. The excess is only going to lead to stress and guilt. Pare down to the basics because the reality is you need very little to care for a baby! Hope you enjoy today's episode and I cannot wait to connect with you more on the New Mom Naturopath podcast!
