During the new moon it's a great time for reflection, clearing out space, getting rid of things that do not serve you to prepare for new opportunities.  The New Moon carries an abundance of creative energy, which can last about 48 hours.  It is a great time to meditate and allow your intention to manifest during the waxing moon.  Find a comfortable space, close your eyes, and allow the new moon energy to fill your heart.  Meditation contains binaural beats.  Best with headphones.
