We're back! It was an eventful December and early January for us and will share what we have been doing. Today, we're talking about a new sexual you. What does that mean? What does it look like? And how can you achieve it?

1. What does it mean to have a new sexual you? Are we saying just more sex or something else?
2. What would it look like to make goals for improving sexuality? What kinds of goals can wives set for themselves and their marriage?
3. Once you've set some goals, how can you track your progress? What even counts as progress?
4. Let's wrap up with each of us giving our listeners a word of encouragement. What would you like to say to wives wanting this to be the year they embrace healthy and holy sexuality?
