California Governor Gavin Newsom is suing Fox News for $787 million, alleging defamation after host Jesse Watters claimed Newsom lied about a phone call with Trump. The suit says Fox aired edited footage to mislead viewers. Newsom demands a retraction and apology—or he’ll see them in court.
