Facebook announced on Wednesday, May 5th that their “Oversight Board”, a company-appointed panel, ruled that the ban of President Donald J. Trump for life from their social media platform was justified at the time but added that the company should reassess its action and make a final decision in six months. Many Americans who believe in our constitution and our first amendment right to free speech were shocked by their decision. Newt discusses Facebook’s hypocrisy and joins the fiercely debated conversation about Big Tech’s power over free speech online.

New York state will now offer one-time payments of $15,600 dollars to undocumented immigrants who lost work during the pandemic. A $2.1 billion-dollar fund in the state budget is by far the largest of its kind in the country and is a sign of the state’s shift towards policies championed by radical left-wing Democrats. To explain just how radical New York is becoming, Newt’s guest is New York Senate Republican Minority Leader, Robert G. Ortt, representing the 62nd District of New York.

The Biden Administration’s first 100 days has been a purely radical explosion of ideas and policies that are a fundamental break with the American tradition. From immigration policy changes that have caused a surge at the border, to the rise in crime in major cities, to a call to defund the police, to the passing of D.C. statehood and H.R.1, the corrupt politicians act. It’s clear the Democrats are out of touch with what the American people really want. Newt gives his take on Biden’s first 100 days in office.

The Derek Chauvin trial for George Floyd’s death brought out some amazingly pro-criminal, anti-police, pro-riot comments from Democrats. Newt shares the comments and gives his perspective on how against law and order the left has become.
