48:30 - Bob's Breakfast recipe: Makes 2-3 servings, 20-30g protein worth of collagen protein powder, 3 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, 2 tbsp ground flax, 2 extra heaping Tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp oat fiber, 2 tbsp sliced almonds, 2 tbsp shredded coconut, 1 tbsp ashwagandha, 8-10 ounces coconut/almond milk (more if you want thinner consistency), Mix all together and keep in fridge overnight.
