The NHL trade deadline has passed and it was a busy and wild week of moves across the league. Mikko Rantanen was on the move again, this time to the Dallas Stars who were able to sign him to a long-term extension. We discuss what this deal means for Dallas and the Carolina Hurricanes who tried to keep Rantanen but couldn't after trading for him earlier this season.

Meanwhile, Brad Marchand went from the Boston Bruins to the Florida Panthers and Brock Nelson moved from the New York Islanders to the Colorado Avalanche as contending teams stocked up for the playoff stretch drive.
