Health officials attribute many of the overdoses to the presence of fentanyl within the local cocaine supply. There is legislation filed here in Massachusetts that aims to legalize strikes for public employees such as teachers. Woburn Mayor Scott Galvin just went through a drawn-out contract negotiation with Woburn teachers where a strike ensued.
