Then, in an impromptu Dan Time with Dom, Producer Dan takes the reigns to tip his hat toward Olympic legend Sydney McLauglin-Levrone, who was quick show her religion and thank God for her continued performance as a world record setter. McLaughlin has expanded on this on the past, explaining why her faith means so much to her. Dan notes how refreshing this is to hear from an athlete as many take a more agnostic approach to life, particularly after an Opening Ceremony that openly mocked the Last Supper.
