Today's theme was Fear #4, Fear of Ego Death (Humiliation, Shame and Rejection). This fear can be triggered by just the EXPECTATION of judgement! It's easy to stay small and hidden so we are not judged. It's much harder to face the fear, feel it, do not run from it and marinate in it. Because everyone knows, the only way out is through!
