  • 9/22/22 5PM: Follow your word
Dr.Ken Harris recount some of the top news he has seen and goes into details about what we need to do to stay safe. Then he wonders as to why Puerto Rico isn’t receiving the help they need after the devastating hurricane that’s affecting their area. Aren’t they a part of the United States? Why is the news acting like they don’t exist, or why is our leader ship not making sure they receive the help they desperately need?

  • 9/02/22 4PM: Dear, Mr. Mayor
Dr.Ken Harris gets into the Mayor's newly proposed budget for 2023 that cuts police and fire among other things like library hours. Apparently “costs are climbing and revenue is flat.” Why are we depending on cuts and other people to do the job you were elected to do? Rather then cutting the pie smaller to feed more people, make a bigger pie. Dr.Ken Harris says we need to use the space we have in the city to thrive rather then allow it to sit vacant.

  • 9/20/22 5PM: The Revenue
How do you increase the revenue in Milwaukee without negatively affecting those already in the city? Dr.Ken Harris asks if you support the newly proposed 2023 budget, why or why not? Some do, many don’t. but there’s a commonality in the belief that there needs to be more transparency to the budget rather then just being satisfied with the cuts meant to “help” us out. In what ways is it supposed to help? How is it meant to increase the revenue? Then, Dr.Ken Harris speaks about the OVP and MPD after a listener says they should work together in schools, but didn’t the D.A.R.E program fail?

  • 9/19/22 4PM: Inequity
It’s the very last show from Radio City before our big move to The Avenue in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee. Dr.Ken Harris has been thinking about that over the weekend, he’s also been thinking about inequity due to a book he’s reading, and it sounds inspired a question. Are there any inequities in life that are okay? Even if they aren’t fair, things in life aren’t equal. Dr.Ken Harris says that to succeed we need to hustle, inequity is a naturally occurring phenomenon that shouldn’t have a factor in determining our ability to succeed. Unfair inequity is a different story, but what’s the difference in inequity?

That’s unfair inequity, and it’s some may feel like it’s plaguing our community. After, a caller has a question for Dr.Ken Harris, why aren’t the trades better promoted as an option to our community? That also seems like an unfair inequity we experience

  • 9/16/22 4PM: Hard Times
Dr.Ken Harris says he now understands why the city is out of control and why generations have no interest in passing anything on to the next. It came from an audio book Dr.Harris has been into lately. It explained it to him easily, he says that east times create weak men and women. The time we live in now, and the experiences we’re living aren't hard. In a weird way an easy life creates hard times.

It’s the last Friday at Radio City before our big move to The Avenue so Dr.Ken Harris is letting it all go and asking random questions. Thought provoking? No matter what they are, maybe it’s a bad idea or a great one.

  • 9/15/22 4PM: Encourage Yourself
Dr.Ken Harris has been thinking and has come up with 5 things that he wants to share for us to get through. No1 Pick your battles, not everything is worth it. No2 If you want to be successful you have to create your own network, a network of people to help with whatever needs you have. No3 Keep your word, I’d you say it then do it. No4 No just me looks like what they’ve been through, not every suit is clean. No5 You never know how close you are to victory. Changing your path and goal are two different things. The journey either way is usually taken alone. Sometime all you have to do is encourage yourself.
