And after leaving NCIS in 2019, to took time to reconnect with his faith, and is back with new PureFlix movie, “Legacy Peak” hoping to bring a positive light to fatherhood that he feels is missing today.

Let’s face it…watching baseball games can be boring.

And when Jesse Cole bought a baseball team, he knew that…so he set out to change that in the biggest way possible…by creating The Savannah Bananas!!
In short, The Bananas are the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball…And Banana Ball has been selling out EVERY game since 2016!!

With games limited to two hours, Jesse has become the PT Barnum of baseball, bringing a circus-like atmosphere to the proceedings and making the game more exciting than it’s ever been!

And now ESPN+ has released a 5 part series that tells the story of the team, and follows them on their 7 city tour this past spring, “Bananaland”…and we talked to Jesse this morning all about it!

We talked to JT this morning to get all of the details!!

When you think of the all-time great metal vocalists, the name Ronnie James Dio is at the top of the list.
Starting his career singing do-wop, going on to form the band Elf, the world really met him as lead vocalist for Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow and replacing Ozzy Osbourne in Black Sabbath. He went on to establish himself as a solo artist and cemented his status as one of the most legendary frontmen in rock history!
And now the new documentary following his life and career “Dio: Dreamers Never Die” is hitting theaters for two days, Sept. 28th and Oct. 2nd, and we had the chance to talk to Dio’s wife and manager, Wendy Dio and director Don Argott this morning all about it!

Dustin Colquitt is a true KC legend.

In his 15 seasons with the Chiefs, he went to 2 Pro Bowls, helped the Chiefs to the Super Bowl victory in 2019, and set numerous team records, including playing in a franchise record 238 games!!

And while he was released by the team in 2020, he’s still very much a part of our city, choosing to stay here and raise his family.

And with tonight being the Chiefs home opener against the Chargers being broadcast worldwide on Amazon Prime, we decided it was time to catch up with our old friend and get his perspective on what we hope is a great opener and championship season!!

He was out in the swamps on a walkabout when he ended up jumping into Manatee Lake and encountering an alligator who decided to snack on Eric’s right arm, tearing it off at the elbow.
