Workers must demand proper health and social care, and dignified, comfortable retirement homes and hospices for the sick and elderly. Horror stories from Canada and elsewhere show clearly that if assisted dying is legalised in Britain, it will be widely abused to medically dispose of the poor and vulnerable.
