In this episode, I am joined by Shawn David, a systems engineer and founder of Automate to Win. Shawn shares his expertise on automating Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and provides valuable insights into how businesses can streamline their processes using a human-first approach.
Shawn begins by explaining his automation blueprint. The first step is Definitions, which involves establishing clear and consistent terminology within your organization to avoid miscommunication and inefficiencies.
