Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing the continued Gubernatorial and Senate races in Pennsylvania, telling and squashing a rumor he heard of a potential write-in campaign from former Senate candidate Kathy Barnette. Dom notes that he heard over the weekend that she was considering launching the campaign to run against a more moderate Dr. Oz and his democratic opponent, but Dom and Dan tell that they’ve spoken with sources close to the former candidate who outright denied any kind of campaign. Then, Giordano tells of his frustration with Senator Lindsey Graham’s nationwide abortion ban, highlighting how Democrats have used the stupid suggestion as a tactic in midterm elections.

Then, America First Legal Counsel Wally Zimolong returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a new case of potential misconduct in the way Pennsylvanians file their votes. In a new lawsuit launched by ATF, Zimolong sued the Chester County Board of Elections and Board Members on behalf of the citizens of Chester County to compel their compliance with Pennsylvania’s election laws considering ballot drop boxes. Zimolong tells that the lawsuit was filed after surveillance video exposed multiple people dropping multiple ballots in drop boxes in the county, which is illegal based on the Pennsylvania Election Code.
