On today’s episode of Founded we’re finding out about the drama in the Massachusetts General Court during the late 1760’s. The radical rabble rousers filled the assembly and made it their mission to make the crown officials lives harder, resulting in the lieutenant governor having a little bit of a mental breakdown. Then the news of the Townshend Acts arrived in Boston and things didn’t go as anyone expected. There’s drama, plotting, and an incredible amount of pettiness.
