Pastoral and counseling roles are ordained by God, but can be destructive if not approached correctly. True BIblical counseling is patient and steadfast. It is the fruit of the Spirit being walked out. Counter-biblical counseling can produce good feelings in the moment, but the Gospel is our only hope for the human heart. We need to invite others into our struggles while maintaining complete dependence on the Lord.
Brody sits down with Blair Bailey to learn about their experiences with good and bad Christian counseling, and how it affected their family.
