Setting boundaries is terrifying to begin with, it's extra hard when it's family.
After years of grief and hurt, I finally cut ties with my Dads side of the family, and I did it over Facebook. It was terrifying and healing and brutal all at the same time.
I share about why I came to this point, how I did it & wrap it all up with a big reminder: You are not responsible for maintaining a relationship with the people who let you down as a child. Let them go and let your inner child grieve the loss.

If you've been through trauma, you might recognize this feeling. You realize things are going really well, and you're really happy, and immediately everything tenses... Good things don't last.
After years of trauma, happiness doesn't feel safe.
This is how I lived for many years, and it's only been in the last few weeks that I've been able to fully relax into the idea of peace. Let me tell you, it's amazing.
If you can relate to this, I'm here to remind you that you are worthy of peace, you deserve to be happy.

In this weeks episode, I share about not realizing I was burnt out until I hit my breaking point, and how I had been experiencing burnout for a lot longer than I had realized.
If you are experiencing burnout, you are not alone. It can feel so isolating to be in this state of exhaustion, and often you feel trapped by the situation, but you don't need to.
In my case, I decided it was time to leave the job that I loved very much and take the risk on myself to start my business fully.
Thank you for being here, if the episode resonated with you, please screenshot & share it on your socials. It would mean the world to me.

Connecting to your intuition, learning to listen to spirit, coming out of the "broom closet" and connecting to your inner guidance without shame. These are all really freaking challenging, especially as we get older and start to feel like there is a point where we are "too old" to change our lives.
This week, I come to you with a message from universe & my cards. You are never too late for self mastery.

As children and teenagers, we wait for this lightbulb moment of "oh, I feel like a grown up, now." A moment that likely, never comes. Instead we spend much of our time feeling a bit like we are playing pretend.
I spent most of my early 20's binge drinking, eating food that didn't feel good, rolling out of bed 10 minutes before work and running out the door just in time for work. In the last two years I've spent a lot of my time working to getting my life together, and figuring out how to be an adult. This is what much of my work is rooted in, and so I gathered some thoughts on things that I've changed in my life to create that feeling of "having my sh/t together" and I'm here to share them with you

What if the only thing holding you back from being the woman of your dreams, is you?
I've been guilty my whole life of putting women on a pedestal, and in this weeks episode, I share about how that is exactly whats kept me from feeling like my best, most powerful self.
