First, Geissinger takes us back to 2019, when questions first arose after a voting machine malfunction that saw voters voting for the opposite candidate when clicking a touch screen. Geissinger was told that all will be okay and fixed, but then earlier this month, the same problem triggered again, leading to some questions about the voting results in Northampton County.
