Hope everyone has enjoyed their holidays! As the New Year comes around the corner, we're hoping that you have an outlook on the last year of your life -- we know it hasn't been easy for the world as whole. Keeping in mind your goals and intentions, it's easy to get stuck in fulfilling our goals, or just growing from where we are at this moment in our lives. We hope this insight will help build your intentions and give you feedback on what may help guide you in this journey towards self-growth. Keep growing strong everyone! Thanks for listening.
I apologize for the low mic volume this time around. Thanks for continuing to listen and support our podcast! Today, we're addressing the topic of "Shaping our Existence," because it relates specifically to how we continue to overcome things, just like the pandemic in the last year. Sometimes we hit bumps along the way in our journey through life, but we want to talk about how we can also embrace where we're at and overcome those challenges.
Hello everyone, we're so happy to be back on gear with the podcast! This last year has brought with it collective traumas and griefs in the world, and we're very excited to be having conversations that we hope will engage you and continue to bring light into your life right now. To those already, or newly listening to the podcast, we appreciate your ears and your hearts. We want this to continue to be a resource for those seeking support in times of great distress, or just to hear two therapists talk about topics that interests them! Thanks.
In this new episode, I'm sharing with you the beauty of working as a counselor with clients who are struggling to attune to their partner's emotional experiences. We all have of our own stories and relationships-- sometimes we learn to insecurely connect with ourselves and others experiences. In counseling, we get to cultivate, or nurture, moments of secure and emotional attunement between loved ones. This is the great power and privilege that comes from doing this work. Today, I hope you will feel and hear some of what that looks like. Feedback, Questions or Comments to: [email protected]
