Intermittent fasting is one of the more recent things I tried to help deal with my portion control, relationship with food, and binge eating disorder.
It worked for me for a while, then it had some unwanted side effects which made my binges worse, and here's how I found balance with it.
Even with this experience, I think intermittent fasting is a great tool to help with taking control of your relationship with food.
