In this episode, Caitlin and Jenny bring in their mortician-friend Jennifer to talk about the logistics of losing a loved one. When you are responsible for a person's final arrangements, it can be hard to know where to start. Jennifer shares her story about why she chose her profession and why, if you're not sure how to begin the process of saying goodbye to a loved one, your local funeral home is a special resource.

Don't worry, we keep it light with our usual banter and fun, too. Jenny reminds us why tennis isn't necessarily her area of expertise and Caitlin gets pumped about Women's UEFA Soccer!

While there is no making sense of the tragic events in Uvalde, Texas, there are ways to manage and cope with the information.
