Is there anything that Nikki Ellis can’t do? For one, she was once a lecturer at university, giving evidence-based training to future personal trainers. She’s spoken in front of crowds both in Australia and overseas, including BOLD Mindbody Conference in San Diego. She’s a business owner – her gym is called Cinch, and it’s been nominated a few times for the Telstra Business Women’s Award. On top of all that, she’s also an author.
