Support isn't guaranteed just because they're you're friend or family- I know it sucks when Mom and Dad aren't the first purchasers of your new product, or your best friend isn't liking, commenting, or sharing every new podcast or YouTube episode you upload. Sometimes, there are other reasons why you're not receiving the support you're expecting.

The text, the call, the snarky comment- you don't have to give the sender of the bad vibes the satisfaction of knowing that they touched a nerve by reacting negatively AND prolonging that negative feeling by allowing what they said or did to fester within us hours, days, or weeks. 

You're the gatekeeper. You control who takes up space in your world. I hope this session reminds you to take control.
