The rise of digital fashion promises to disrupt the $1.7 trillion fashion industry and usher major brands into web3. Industry leaders across fashion and web3, including Dani Loftus, Irene Kim, and Lady Pheønix, joined moderator Afrodet Zuri for a special Now Runway panel at Gateway Korea, discussing the future of the digital fashion and luxury movement.

Dani Loftus is an artist, model, and founder of This Outfit Does Not Exist, a platform bringing digital fashion to life through education, exploration, and exhibition, and DRAUP, a platform that aims to “bring code to couture” as a marketplace where consumers can buy, sell, resell, and earn digital fashion. 

Irene Kim is a creative director, model, television personality, and founder of the brand IRENEISGOOD. Kim is a go-to collaborator for luxury brands and was named the first Asian global ambassador for Estée Lauder in 2015. She has worked with big names like Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, and Fendi.

Lady Pheønix is a curator, creative entrepreneur, and founder of Universe Contemporary and Crypto Fashion Week. As a pioneer of the drop party, she helped introduce web3 to the masses during the trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic by creating a positive space where creativity and innovation could thrive in the face of adversity.

Afrodet Zuri is an advisor at nft now and an independent art curator, art dealer ,and writer. Her curatorial projects include a retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in Moscow, year-round arts programming for the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, and the first-ever NFT exhibition at the World Trade Center.
