My first nutritional therapy clients were often older than me and struggling with symptoms of menopause.
Through working with these women, I have learned and continue to learn that their behaviours influenced their experience of hormonal changes.
And what drives those behaviours…thoughts.
In our work…
We discovered many limiting beliefs and many areas where self care boundaries were not upheld.
We discovered that more information is not always supportive and indeed can be limiting.
In my work facilitating these women in their journey, I could support them to reduce the overwhelm and get busy doing!
