Question –
I've been listening to you for sometime. I listen to some of the old pod cast and you were talking about eating hard boiled eggs. I have a new twist for hard boiled eggs, first take your eggs on a plate take a fork and smash them up real good then take some apple cider vineger about a tablespoon . sounds gross but very good I've been eating this for along time.

Definition of powerbuilding is a combination of bodybuilding and powerlifting, in which the goal is to get as big and strong as possible. Powerbuilding meshes hypertrophy and strength training, by focusing on heavy compound movements and weight progression.
Jorge, tell our listeners alittle bit about yourself. What are you competing in now and what is your current focus right now?
Obviously we know getting stronger and getting bigger go hand in hand but are there any specifics you need to focus on for one sport or another?
When you are focused on powerlifting or bodybuildng, what aspect of the latter do you have to neglect?
As a general rule of thumb for someone who wants to compete in both how to do you recommend planning your training through out the year. Do you recommend splitting it up into phases, if so what kind of phases
What about for the non competitor who just wants to be big strong and lean, what type of training and general programming do you recommend as opposed to a general athlete.
What percentages do you normal train at?
