A 44-year-old man, Christian Parmalee Edwards, is accused of secretly filming 10–15 women and at least one child unclothed at an Oakhurst rental since mid-2025. Investigators found over 4,000 files of child sexual abuse material across 30 seized devices. Edwards was released on $75,000 bail after charges including possession of child sex abuse content and invasion of privacy.
