In the Crossing the Ocean of Grief series, I am joined by the owner of Inspired Life & Grief Coaching practice, Educator, Author and Speaker, Sandy Lotz-Weiner. In each episode we will look at different aspects and topics related to Grief.
This is the final episode in this series, Sandy and I talk about Embracing Nature once you’ve crossed the ocean of grief and find yourself on dry land again, and now what? We also talk about the next series we are launching, Nature as Healer, aimed at a broader audience and combining our two practices to bring you new offerings.
Sandy started her professional career as a pharmacist in South Africa, her country of birth. In 2003, she relocated with her late husband, Tony, to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula in California. There, she worked as a pharmacist and obtained credentials as a Health and Life Coach, working with clients part-time. In 2017, with the passing of her husband and then her mother, Sandy became interested in studying grief and the grieving process. After she moved through her grief journey, she became a certified Grief Coach and Educator and the author of Crossing the Ocean of Grief book, a guide on how to save yourself from the depths of Despair after losing someone you loved.
