Welcome to the October Full Moon Guided Meditation! I’m grateful to meditate with you under this healing and fiery October Full Moon. The October Full Moon will be at its fullest expression on October 9, 2022 at 1:55pm PDT.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever has been pushing you to your tipping point. Along with letting go of anything or anyone that isn’t moving you towards your truest self. Next, harnessing the energy of the full moon and Asteroid Chiron, The Wounded Healer, I’ll guide you to activate your peaceful warrior energy and gain a couple powerful protection energy tools!

The background music is 5 Hz Binaural Beats. Listening to that alone, moves us into a Theta State, our optimum meditative state. Theta moves us into receptivity, opens our mind's eye to activate dreamlike imagery, creativity and improved moods. It’s the ideal state to let go of stress, anxiety and old patterns.

The October Full Moon is connected to the alchemical fire element. Fire represents love, desire, anger, power, strength, assertiveness, light, and energy. Fire transforms ideas into action! Under the October Full Moon, this strong fiery energy may be pulsing under our skin. Activating the need to move this energy. We simply can’t stay in one place, this energy has to move to evolve! So exciting!

There is healing potential is given to us by the asteroid Chiron. Chiron is known as ‘The Wounded Healer’ and is the Gatekeeper to The Rainbow Bridge. Chiron’s energy represents the process of our evolution through awakening. When we have been pushed to our breaking points and maybe cut so deep- we become aware that these wounds can’t be fixed, they’re just too deep! OUCH! Instead we can transform these wounds into powerful tools of awakened strength, wisdom and compassion!

Here are some helpful affirmations for this full moon:

* My light is my purpose
* My purpose and wounds work together 
* I own my trauma and triggers without shame
* My imperfections are beautiful 
* I  embody my truest self
