So today launches the video podcast and just in time as the podcast will turn 3 soon... the 28th to be exact.  I get asked often how to describe myself or overall personality and how I that makes me so happy all the time.  Lets be honest here, I am not happy ALL the time, but for 99% I am.  So I decided to put on my faux doctor hat (DISCLAIMER: NOT A DOCTOR hence the word faux) and do a little personality quiz with you all to see why maybe your personality is hindering your 4.0ing!

Two steps forward, two steps back...we come together cause opposites attract... I mean it was a hit for a reason.  So lets be honest here friends, not everyone can tolerate everyone....but when it comes to the ones we love, we may just do that, tolerate.  We do it because we love them, and sometimes it brings out a someone in us that scares us, but is good for us.

I always wondered where I would be if I changed things about myself when I was in the music industry.  What if I had more designer stuff, but then again how could I afford it?  Or what about those people that buy faux designer stuff so when they do go out and about and take pictures, they are perceived as FABULOUS!  I'm okay with not doing that, and I'll tell you why today.

With so much going on in the world, I wanted to share with how I 4.0 my life when things are hard to understand or express.  I think of food.  No seriously, and not just because my husband is a chef.  I seriously think about food because it makes me happy and allows one to dig deep of why you like the foods you eat.  Is it because of the smell, the flavor, of the combination of many things combined together?  Either way, what kind of fruit or vegetable are you is my question this week and the topic of the chat.
