My listener, The MUSIC SNOB: The music he MUST HEAR on OFF THE HOOK is NOW and shouldn't have to wait 10, 20 years for others to learn about and appreciate. * Is it too much to ask of just one measly radio program to be up-to-date? * If OFF THE HOOK must work so hard to please its toughest customer, to constantly scour the interwebs in search of the NEWEST and MOST NOVEL musical selections to satisfy this most demanding of listeners -this know-it-all whose tastes are refined and so so broad- how can the rest of you fail to fall for the painstakingly prepared charms of The Show That Shows?

The attention-grabbing antics of OFF THE HOOK are pretty much limited to these posts. * For the OFF THE HOOK show itself is a refined and generally sober experience that is above hyperbolic (often false) come-ons like "GYRATE MADLY TO THE FANTASTICALLY PULSATING SOUNDS OF OFF THE HOOK!" * nor needs to lure your libido with suggestive lines like "PROBING NEW SOUNDS THAT WILL PENETRATE THE INNER RECESSES OF YOUR BEING! * That said, oldies fans will find today's OFF THE HOOK absolutely BULGING with (some SEXY, some dead) Birthday Tributees! * Tune in to KXSF 102.5FM or  https://kxsf.fm/   Your being will THROB!

Move your hand to the right, shut the alarm * Hop five steps, turn the radio on * Throw your butt in the chair, take a puff: You're doin' the OFF THE HOOK! * (come on, it's easy!) * Get a-tappin' your feet, sip your bev * Leap out of your seat, bust a move * Throw your hands in the air, text a friend: we're doin' the OFF THE HOOK! * (getting more complicated now) * Get a quizzical look, knit your brow * Feel your heartbeat increase, holy cow! * Feelin' kinda changed, don't know how (s'from doin' the OFF THE HOOK!) * Grab your partner for the Friday craze: OFF THE HOOK on KXSF 102.5FM  https://kxsf.fm/  Over-excitement that's good for you.

As Summer is upon us and the days now wane, the Sun within OFF THE HOOK burns ever brighter as we begin our leisurely plummet into Fall * But, tho' distractions be pleasurable and many, OFF THE HOOK shall not stray from your side and hopes that you will be not to constancy untrue * For this weekly benefaction is mutual, and as we sup together from life's Horn, our inspirations are replenishable and our bond supports our souls * FREE TICKETS, ROCK & ROLL, Summer in The City. * OFF THE HOOK on KXSF 102.5FM *   https://kxsf.fm/

Ever feel like an ABDUCTEE? * Every Friday at 1:00 pm a switch flips in your head and you hypnotically make your way to the radio to have EXPERIMENTS performed on you by OFF THE HOOK! * How this thing started you don't remember, and where/when/how will it end?? * No one puts a gun to your head and OFF THE HOOK cleverly absolved itself of any responsibility from the get-go with the disclaimer of its name! * They say there's FREE WILL, but come on, it's the IRRESISTABLE FORCE of OFF THE HOOK we're talking about! * https://kxsf.fm/

AT LAST! * A radio program that keeps you FIT by refusing to cater to your lazy-ass tendency to listen to the familiar shop-worn sounds heard everywhere else! * OFF THE HOOK promotes HEALTHY LISTENING habits by offering diverse programming and introducing new strains of musical hybrids! * FINALLY!, a music broadcast that STRETCHES you and reduces musical flab! * While increasing flexibility, OFF THE HOOK, The Show That Shows, also keeps you taut by exercising your Discernment Muscle (for necessary context, it provides the Birthday Segment) and builds strong bones -like the Spine (strengthen this before it disintegrates into jelly; also useful for standing up to your friends who question your choice of radio programs)! * Reject comfort-programming! * OFF THE HOOK challenges you to be a better You! * Join us at https://kxsf.fm/)* It's a workout!

Sleep lost, relationships destroyed, bank account drained. * If that's the cost to produce INCREDIBLY STIMULATING RADIO, what do you care? * As long as it arrives on time, every week, on a silver platter, that's HIS sacrifice. * But ain't it funny that the thing that's aging Our Hero faster than a grape in the Mojave is the thing that's keeping him alive? * A high price to pay, but it's the only way. * He needs this. * The least you can do is allow your soul to be osmotically enriched while passively guzzling that three hours of "free" entertainment. * Three hours vs. one life: think about it. * OFF THE HOOK, a real happy blast, on KXSF 102.5 FM   https://kxsf.fm/

You gotta love KXSF, the radio station * I mean, it's got all kindsa shows * from classy Classical, funky Jazz and punky Punk, to happy hoedowns and World Beat that can't be beat! * The friendly familiar sounds you can leave on non-stop to help you through your workaday world! * (did I forget to mention Rock'n'Roll?) * And there's The Show That Shows: OFF THE HOOK, a "destination show" for listeners who want to listen closely and focus on NEW SOUNDS in current music! * OFF THE HOOK's host has a knack for finding "off the beaten path" artists in a variety of styles that can sometimes be a little bit unusual! * So join us for OFF THE HOOK at 1:00 on KXSF 102.5FM (also streams from here:  https://kxsf.fm/ ) * Give it a try, it may well become your weekly destination!
