In today's episode, we are talking about the evolution of a practice. If you aren't changing and evolving, you will be left in the dust and you will survive at best but not thrive. We talk a lot about the importance of having a vision for your business. This is what should always be guiding your decision making and help you keep the big picture in focus when the minutia threaten to take you over. The key is to allow yourself room to make changes that you could not have foreseen initially. Technology is going to change. Our scope of practice is going to change. Everything is going to change, and you need to be ready to change with it. (00:51)

In our Office Talk today, we discuss how the Run Down has affected our office. Just in the last six months, there have been many shifts and changes and ultimately, they have all been for the better!
