Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by wishing listeners a happy President’s Day, teasing that he’ll be offering both his top 10 best and worst Presidents as the show goes on. Then, Dom offers his thoughts on the state of the city of Philadelphia after a Temple University police officer was shot over the weekend. Dom, after previewing an upcoming Mayoral Showcase that he’ll host, tells about the situation in depth, asking what was going through the assailant’s mind, a very privileged individual from the suburbs, to think that this is at all a decent idea to commit a carjacking on Temple’s campus.
Then, Dom welcomes Fox29 Reporter Steve Keeley back onto the Dom Giordano Program to provide developments in the shooting of the Temple University Police Officer, telling what went down as 18-year-old Miles Pfeffer was taken leg shackles and handcuffs to prison this morning after his brother turned him in over the weekend. Keeley provides some background information, offering up if there are any working theories as to what crazed the criminal to commit the crimes, also telling about the assailant’s Instagram that paints a strange picture. Then, Dom asks Keeley about Pfeffer’s mother, who picked him up from the City after her son went on this rash of crime. After hanging up with Keeley, Dom follows up on his previous promise of providing his top 10 Presidents of all time, telling why Washington deserves the top spot and explains why he firmly plants McKinley on his top 10 list.
