Rodney Hinton, Jr. is accused of intentionally running his car into a sheriff's deputy directing traffic in Cincinnati, Ohio. The deputy, Larry Henderson, was directing traffic at a college graduation when he was killed late last week. Body camera footage shows Hinton in the hours after his arrest when he is picked up after questioning and booked into the jail.
