Women voters are surpassing male voters in Oklahoma. Jenni Gray, President of the League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Tulsa talks about voting trends and the 100th anniversary of suffrage. Erin beat out about 8,000 other girls to become Pippi. Erin talks about how she came to be an Okie, settling down at Grand Lake. Erin also talks about her struggles with a scandal that rocked her world and how she came out on top.

Our state has a very large veteran population and unfortunately, therapists say they see a lot of seasonal depression as veterans who battle with loneliness move into this family-driven holiday season. Oklahoma is ranked 7th in the state in high suicide rates, making Oklahoma’s veterans even more likely to lose their lives.
