Our very own Relay teammate Laura was trained up to run hard and compete for a spot on the Olympic team this past weekend. As the race began she quickly realized something was off and long story short ended up unable to finish her race and took an ambulance ride to the hospital. 

She's going to share the rundown of what happened and we also talk about those post marathon blues, what goes into training for a race of this caliber and more.
