Things were looking promising for the Edmonton Oilers against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Unfortunately, the Oilers fans in attendance, including the Nation Vacationers, went home thinking about another blown lead. A run of consecutive mistakes from the Oilers led to the Maple Leafs retaking the lead. After that, the Oilers were never able to recapture a grip on the game.
Tyler Yaremchuk was one of those fans in the building on Saturday night. On today's show, he will give us thoughts on the game with his Three Big Things. Additionally, he will talk about the Nation Vacation and everything the gang for up to in the Six.
If you have an opinion you want to give on Saturday's game, join Tyler and Liam Horrobin on The Nation Network YouTube live at noon mountain time and drop your comments in the live chat.
Finally, the guys will hand out their Betway bets for tonight's NHL slate.

After a good performance on Thursday against the Boston Bruins, the Edmonton Oilers are now looking for their third win in a row. Tonight, they will go up against the Toronto Maple Leafs, with The Nation Vacation in attendance. The Oilers and Leafs collide 11 days ago with Edmonton coming out on top 5-2 winners. That night, Connor McDavid grabbed a pair of goals and an assist and joining him on the stat sheet were Zach Hyman, Klim Kostin and Kailer Yamamoto, who each scored a goal.
With that, today's edition of Oilersnation Everyday is a Sherwood Ford GIANT Pre Game Show a version of the show. Tyler Yaremchuk and Jay Downton will be around to set you up for all the action on the ice live from Toronto. The two of them will go over the lines, the decisions between the pipes and their keys to victory.
Finally, stick around until the end for the Betway bets of the game segment.

The Edmonton Oilers skated into the third period in Boston with the odds stacked against them. The Bruins had not lost a game this season after leading after two periods and with a two goal lead. However, that did not stop the Oilers from putting together a gutsy effort and overcoming the deficit to win 3-2.
All three goalscorers for the Oilers ended goal droughts too. Evan Bouchard put an end to a 44 game streak, Ryan McLeod's ended at 13 and, with the game winner, Darnell Nurse closed a 29 game goalless streak.
Today on Oilersnation Everyday, Tyler Yaremchuk will recap everything that went down last night at TD Gardens. He will talk about how the Oilers were able to come back, Stuart Skinner's performance after a tough start and how the Oilers rank against the other teams in the Western Conference.
Liam Horrobin will also join the show to help Tyler recap the game as well as give out his Betway picks for tonight's NHL slate.

After a couple of days off from games, the Edmonton Oilers are back in action tonight. They are down south to take on the Boston Bruins, the first placed team in the NHL. The Oilers and Bruins matched up last week too, with Boston coming away with a 3-2 win. Edmonton played well in that game but could not find a way in the third period to grab the game tying goal.
Will their fortunes turn around tonight? We’ll have to wait and see but until then, Tyler Yaremchuk, Jay Downton and Liam Horrobin will get you set up for the game with the Sherwood Ford GIANT Pre Game Show on Oilersnation Everyday. The three of them will get you set up for tonight's action with line combinations, keys to victory and everything else you need to know.
If you have something you want to tell the guys, let them know on The Nation Network YouTube channel at noon in the live chat.

The Edmonton Oilers weekend started nicely on Friday night, with the Oilers taking down the Winnipeg Jets. However, the game on Saturday did not go as well. The Oilers managed to score five goals but could not prevent them from going into their own net. Jack Campbell struggled again allowing six goals on 38 shots, which leads to the question, what do you do with him now?
Today on Oilersnation Everyday, Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin will talk about Campbell's performance along with everything else that happened over the weekend. The two of them will also be joined by Daily Faceoff goalie expert Mike McKenna. If you have any questions for Mike, drop them in the live chat over on The Nation Network YouTube page.
Finally, the guys will talk about tonight's game versus the Buffalo Sabres. They will talk about their keys to victory along with any notable lineup changes and who starts between the pipes.

The last day of February was a busy one for the Edmonton Oilers. The day started with fan favourite Jesse Puljujarvi getting shipped out to the Carolina Hurricanes, in exchange for Patrik Puistola. Ken Holland was not done there. Later on, Holland made a big splash by bringing in Mattias Ekholm from the Nashville Predators with Tyson Barrie, Reid Schaefer, a 1st round pick and a 4th round pick going the other way.
What did you think of Holland's business yesterday? Do you agree with the moves that he made or are you frustrated with what happened? Join Tyler Yaremchuk on Oilersnation Everyday along with Jay Downton and Liam Horrobin to voice your opinion.
