John has spent the last 10 years being deeply immersed in the world of digital learning, practically investigating how we make learning solutions that are right for our target audience, the organization's goals and taking into account how we learn as human beings to create these.

John takes a holistic approach to what learners need, providing pedagogically sound resources to meet their requirements when need ed and using data to support the process. From an Instructional Design standpoint, John creates continuous learning experiences to provide learners with resources of knowledge to aid their understanding.
