Patrick's book is filled with stories from his more than 40 years of running. His intention is to make you smile while reading short stories about the funny, quirky, and the awkward situations he found himself in and we were lucky enough for him to share a few with us along with one story that he has NEVER shared. Not even with his WIFE!
During the interview Patrick shares the journey and process of self publishing a book on your own, the time it took, the money he put into it, the people who helped him along the way.
