In this episode I am talking about being part of a the right collective of people. About finding your tribe and belonging. This is especially relevant during coronavirus as we are trying to find people to connect with online. I have added some questions to ask yourself while in isolation which are useful to explore who you would like to be when this is all over.

This episode is about the 5 Languages of Love, the importance of connection with people and how we can do it in the current climate. The 5 Languages of Love is written by Gary Chapman. We need to get creative with how we get our love and self love is the best way.

Episode 37 is about looking after yourself. You cannot help or look after anyone else if you are running on empty. This episode is short (homeschooling 2 kids!!) but it is helpful and a good reminder.

Episode 36 is about not wasting this time we have been given. It is kind of a motivational one to give you a boost and to remind you to not waste time with Netflix and chill!

Spending time being mindful, learning about yourself and about being fearful. This time is a blessing in disguise. Be ready when we come out of it!

Episode 34 is all about building self confidence and self belief. believing you can achieve what you want happens with consistent action and pushing outside of your comfort zone. I talk all about this including inner voices, dinosaurs and surrounding yourself with the right people

Episode 33 is all about communicating with people -where who, how and where. Particularly important to service leavers of the Armed Forces but anyone can use these. If you are looking for a job you can use some of these hints and tips to communicate effectively with others. 

This episode is all about recognising and using your values and strengths and knowing when you are out of alignment with values and when to use the strengths to your advantage.

Episode 30 is about judgement and the impact of thinking what we think about what other people are thinking!

Fear of judgement holds us back from being visible and being our authentic selves. And there is little to no evidence that judgement is justified. If it's not illegal then why fear what someone else MIGHT be thinking!
